You will need:
- a wading pool
filled with warm water
- towels to dry
off on
What to do:
- encourage children
to gather around the pool
- tell them that
they are going to play a 'get wet' game
- they must listen
to waht the leader tells them to do and all do it
- the leader will
give a command like,
- "Everybody....get
your fingers wet!"
- "Everybody....get
your toes wet!"
- "Everybody....get
your knees wet!"
- "Everybody...get
your nose wet!"
- "Everybody...get
your bottom's wet!"
- "Everybody...GET
WET!" (ALL CLIMB IN)
- let children take
turns giving the commands
- play until all
have had a turn giving commands or children become tired of game
